Blah blah blah…….

Lola came home yesterday and we are so glad she is back! She gave us chocolate from Switzerland (YUMMO!) and a great book about Portofino. Did I not mention she is the best mother-in-law ever?

Life is relatively stagnant and Dullsville right now. I am, however, in the process of trying to get a job at Peanut’s preschool as an aide in the classroom. I am super excited at the prospect of being able to work at his school! Not only will I get paid (!!), he will be nearby ( but most likely not in the same classroom) throughout the day.

School called me Wednesday because he just started crying in class. I could never get to the root of the issue. It just breaks my heart when there is nothing I can do and it is a mystery as to what is going on in his mind. Yeesh. I am hoping by being on the school grounds it will help him feel more secure. I am worried I am cultivating the “Momma’s Boy” in him, but I am not sure what else I can do….parenting sucks sometimes.
