when you have a sick 4-year-old. Good advice, I’d say. Peanut has been sick all week due to a nasty chest cold. I had to postpone starting work by a few days to stay home with him. Slack and I were planning this weekend to chill while Lola watched Peanut, but he ended up coming home as he was feeling poorly and just wanted to be home. Poor kid. Slack is sick as well. I have not (knock on wood!) become sick. We will see what this week holds.

We are going to lower our selling price for the house by another 10 grand in a last ditch effort to sell this place. That is the lowest we can go in order to come out even with all debt paid off. It sure would be nice to “start over” and get out of here. We will see. Either way I will be glad when we are done trying to sell. It is exhausting and I hate being in limbo.

We certainly understand wanting the house sold…same boat here LOL

In Iowa it’s just the wrong time of year to be trying to sell a house, it’s been so bloody cold that no one wants to look at homes, and I don’t blame them! This week is supposed to be warmer so maybe people will begin thinking about houses again, but it probably won’t do anything this week, we’ll see.

Hope Rhys is felling better, bless his heart…and hope that you don’t get it, I know you want to get to work!
