Well in case anyone has gone to my main page and was redirected here I wanted to post that I have decided to not make cakes for now. Life is just too busy! I hope once things calm down I will get back to it but for now I will just do it as a hobby when I have time.

Between the big ass black beetles I have just seen outside crawling and my son starting Kindergarten I may need to think about medicating myself.

Please keep Mom#2 in your thoughts and prayers. It looks like cancer has returned. She will have a biopsy Monday.

My dad’s wife passed away a few minutes ago. May she be at peace.

I am posting here in hopes of finding a home for my mom’s short-hair cat named Rascal. My mom is in the hospital and will more than likely have to go to a long-term care facility once she is discharged. So we are looking for a loving home for her cat since she will be unable to care for him any longer. Rascal is a white short hair with brown and black markings. He seems to be a fairly mellow cat. He is almost 7 years old, has all of his shots, and still has his front claws. I honestly don’t know if he would do well with other cats. I know he is very lonely right now as he is cooped up in my mom’s tiny apartment for a week now. I would hate for him to go to the Humane Society so I thought I would try here first.

Update: It looks like my mom is going home afterall so we will not be needing a home for Rascal. Thanx to everyone who offered to help find a home

While I am not a religious person I do believe in the power of prayer. When Peanut was in the hospital he had crashed and I clearly remember a prayer chain being started and not too long after Peanut became better. I do believe it was more than coincidence.
My new BIL started feeling ill a day or so ago. He went to Urgent Care and his heart is not pumping well and he will get a pacemaker put in today. He is in his 30s and he is a good person. So please pray to whatever god/force you believe in. I truly beleive prayer works!
